How To Use Body Roux
At Acaz Lux, every product is crafted with care in small, fresh batches. Because of the natural ingredients we use, all sales are final.
We do, however, want every order to arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
We offer replacements within 5 days of delivery for:
- Broken or leaking items
- Damaged packaging that affects the product
- Incorrect items received
To request a replacement, please email a photo of the issue to Support@acazlux.com we can issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
How to Request a Replacement
- Email Support@acazlux.com with:
- Your order number
- Photo(s) of the damaged or incorrect item
- Your contact information
- Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number.
- Items sent back without a valid RAN cannot be accepted.
Please note that guests are responsible for return shipping fees.
Non‑Returnable Items
To protect the integrity of our natural formulas, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Items without a Return Authorization Number
- Requests made after the 5‑day window
- Purchases made through third‑party retailers
